MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
4 slices of bacon, chopped fine
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
1 can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 lg. pkg. Fritos
1/2 pkg. New York sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. ground meat

Cook bacon in large skillet, add onion, garlic and meat and let fry. Put in tomato paste, oregano and chili powder. Let cook slow for several hours. In 9"x13" dish layer Fritos, sauce and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot and cheese is melted.
