CHILI CORN CASSEROLE 
1 tall can chili con carne with beans (40 oz.)
1 (11 oz.) pkg. Fritos, broken with rolling pin
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can ripe olives
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned & crumbled

Mix together and top with cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
