MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
Fritos
2-3 c. cooked rice (not Minute Rice)
1 lg. can chili with no beans
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can cheddar cheese soup

While rice is cooking, cover bottom of deep casserole with Fritos. Heat chili in saucepan. Heat beans in saucepan. Heat cheese soup in saucepan with about one half can of milk. When rice is cooked, cover Fritos with chili, cover chili with rice, cover rice with beans, cover beans with cheese sauce. That's all folks. Eat it while it's hot.

We like to top it with lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
