MEXI CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 can (16 oz.) chili with beans
1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
4 c. Fritos
2 c. Sharp cheese, grated
1 carton (12 oz.) sour cream

Mix first 5 ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup Fritos and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Cook at 350 degrees until bubbling through. Remove from oven and spread with sour cream. Garnish with remaining cheese and Fritos. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 6.
