MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. bag of Fritos 2 cans chili (at least 30 oz. or make own) with or without beans 1 c. onions, chopped 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 3 c. lettuce, shredded 1 c. tomatoes, diced small Heat chili, put layer of Fritos in casserole dish. Sprinkle raw chopped onions over Fritos. Spread hot chili over Fritos and onions. Spread grated cheese over next, bake until cheese melts. Spread lettuce and tomatoes over top. |
