BROCCOLI SALAD 
Broccoli, enough to fill normal salad bowl
1/2 can sliced water chestnuts
1 lb. bacon, fried & chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Mix with water chestnuts, bacon and cheese.

DRESSING:

1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together well and toss into salad. Refrigerate before serving. Amounts may be varied according to taste.
