DUTCH BABIES 
2-3 QUART PAN SIZE:

1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour

3-4 QUART PAN SIZE:

1/3 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

4 - 4 1/2 QUART PAN SIZE:

1/2 c. butter
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour

4 1/2 - 5 QUART PAN SIZE:

1/2 c. butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour

Put butter in pan and place in 425 degree oven. Mix batter quickly while butter is melting. Put eggs in blender and whirl at high speed for 1 minute. With the blender still going, gradually add milk, then flour. Whirl another 30 seconds.

Remove pan from oven and pour batter into melted butter in pan. Bake until very puffy and brown (20 to 25 minutes).

Powdered sugar and lemon juice

Maple syrup

Fresh fruit

Sauteed bananas or papayas

Melted butter
