BLACK BEAN SOUP 
1 gram fat per serving.

4 c. chicken broth (canned)
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 chopped med. onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. red round pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
3 (15 oz.) cans drained black beans

In medium saucepan, simmer broth, garlic, onion, celery and seasonings for 1 hour. In blender, puree 1 can black beans, add to soup. Stir in 2 cans black beans and heat. 1 cup cooked pasta may be added.
