NO-KNEAD REFRIGERATOR ROLLS | |
2 pkgs. dry yeast 2 c. warm water 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 6 1/2 - 7 c. flour 1 c. shortening (soft) Mix yeast and warm water, measure flour. Add salt, sugar and half the flour to yeast mixture. Beat 2 minutes, add egg and shortening. Beat in remaining flour until smooth. Cover and put in refrigerator and use as needed. Form rolls and bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees. |
