EASY NO KNEAD ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
4 c. self rising flour

Combine warm water with yeast and set aside. Mix butter with sugar in large bowl. Add egg to butter mixture. Add dissolved yeast mixture. Add flour. Stir until well mixed. Place in airtight bowl and refrigerate. Best if refrigerated overnight. Drop into greased muffin pan and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
