NO KNEAD REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast (not rapid rise)
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. soft butter

Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar and half of the flour. Beat thoroughly 2 minutes. Add egg and shortening. Gradually beat in remaining flour until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth, place in refrigerator. Punch down occasionally as dough rises. Dough will be good for several days.

When you are ready to make the rolls, take dough out and shape. Place on a greased pan. Let dough rise covered in a warm place for about 2 hours. Bake 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
