NO KNEAD REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 pkgs. yeast
2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 1/2 - 7 c. sifted all purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 c. soft shortening

Use warm, 110 degrees, with dry yeast, lukewarm, 85 degrees with compressed yeast.

In mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt and about half the flour. Beat thoroughly for 2 minutes. Add egg and shortening. Gradually beat in remaining flour until smooth. Cover with damp cloth, place in refrigerator. About 2 hours before baking, cut off amount needed and return remaining dough to refrigerator. Shape into rolls and place in greased baking sheet. Cover, let rise until light, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Heat oven to 400 degrees and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
