STROMBOLI 
2 loaves frozen bread dough (thawed)
1/2 lb. cooked salami
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Green peppers
Thin tomato slices
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
1/2 lb. Cappicola
Onion slices

Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Roll out thawed bread dough to form two rectangles. Place a layer of salami to cover dough. Then layer the dough with Provolone, tomatoes, Cappicola, Mozzarella, green peppers and onions.

Roll up lengthwise (like a jelly roll) and pinch ends to seal. Bake loaves 20- 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Slice to serve hot or cold. Serves 10-15.
