CRANBERRY CREAM SALAD 
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

In bowl mix 1/2 package marshmallows with well drained pineapple. In another bowl, break cream cheese into small pieces and mix with whipping cream and the remaining marshmallows. Cover and place both bowls in the refrigerator several hours or overnight, until marshmallows are well softened. Shortly before serving, beat the marshmallow creme mixture like whipping cream. Fold in the pineapple marshmallow mixture. Add chopped cranberries. Chill.
