MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 or 2 eggs
garlic
basil
oregano
soda crackers
onion, chopped

Grab a medium bowl, put in ground beef and eggs. Add spices and onion according to your taste. Mix all together. Next, grab some soda crackers and crush them in your hands. Add to mixture. You are looking to achieve a paste like mixture. Add additional soda crackers if needed.

Form into meatballs and place in a baking dish that is not greased.

Bake at 350°F until temp of largest meatball is at least 160. Usually 20-30 minutes depending on the size. After baking, place in a saucepan and add you favorite spaghetti sauce and simmer over low heat for as long as you want.
