HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground cooked ham
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Milk to moisten
2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. water
1/4 c. white vinegar

Mix ham, sausage, bread crumbs, egg, and milk; roll into balls. Put into baking dish. Bring to a boil: brown sugar, mustard, water, vinegar; pour over the balls half of this mixture or more if needed and bake 45 minutes in 375 degree oven. Use remaining sauce to pour over balls when served. Freezes well. These are very good.
