GLAZED SAUSAGE BALLS 
1/3 lb. bulk sausage
3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. coriander seed, crushed or powder
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 egg
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/2 c. apple jelly
1/2 c. Majors Grey's chutney, finely chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice

In a large bowl, combine sausage, ground beef, salt, dry mustard, coriander, allspice, egg, bread crumbs, and onions. Shape into 1 inch balls. Refrigerate or freeze if made ahead. Arrange meatballs (thaw if frozen) in shallow baking dish. Cook covered in microwave oven 5 minutes, turning dish and stirring meatballs once. Discard drippings. Can be cooked in conventional oven at 350 degrees. In a glass measuring cup, combine apple jelly, chutney, and lemon juice. Cook uncovered 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and jelly is melted. Pour over meatballs. Transfer to chafing dish. Makes 48 appetizers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
