HAM BALLS, GLAZED 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground fresh ham
1 1/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix first 4 ingredients and let stand 1 hour. Form into balls. Melt brown sugar in skillet, add vinegar, water, and mustard. Boil 15 minutes and pour over ham balls. Cover and bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more. For a cool evening supper, serve with baked beans. Serves 8.
