COMPANY POTATOES 
2 cups sour cream
1 chopped onion
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 lb. hash browns
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Mix together except 1/4 cup corn flakes and melted butter. Spread in 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish. Top with corn flakes, drizzle with 1/4 cup butter.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F. Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
