1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mayo
Sm. onion, grated
Black pepper to taste
Dash red pepper

Mix together and place in greased Jello mold. Pack firmly. Chill. When ready to serve, fill center with strawberry preserves. Serve with Ritz crackers.
