2 c. flour 1/2 c. cocoa 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. (2 sticks) butter 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Gradually beat in flour mixture. Shape dough into 2 balls. Put between waxed paper. Roll each ball 1/4 inch thick. Cut with star shaped cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Pierce each cookie 3 times with fork. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees until set. Remove from oven and cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Makes 4 dozen. |
