NO COOK STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 c. fully ripe, completely crushed, strawberries
1 box Sure-Jell
4 c. sugar

Mix sugar into berries, let stand 10 minutes, stir to dissolve sugar. Mix 3/4 cup water and Sure-Jell in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir into berries, continue stirring 3 minutes. Label into containers, cover with lids and let set 24 hours at room temperature. Store in freezer.
