NO COOK FREEZER JAM | |
1 qt. strawberries 4 c. sugar 1 box Sure jell Fruit Pectin 3/4 c. sugar Crush 1 quart strawberries. Measure 2 cups into large bowl. Thoroughly stir sugar into fruit. Let stand 10 minutes. Mix 3/4 cup water with Sure jell and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly. At once stir in fruit. Stir 3 minutes. Ladle into containers leaving 1/2 inch at top. Cover with lids. Let stand for 24 hours. at room temprature. Store in freezer. |
