STRAWBERRY NO COOK FREEZER JAM 
2 c. washed, stemmed and crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 box natural fruit pectin
1 c. water

Mix sugar thoroughly with berries. Let stand 20 minutes. Combine fruit pectin with water in a small saucepan. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly.

Add pectin mixture to berries. Stir 2 minutes. Pour into jelly glasses or other containers leaving 1/2 inch head space. Cover with lids and let stand until set. Store in freezer. Will keep in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
