NO COOK STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 c. fully ripe crushed strawberries
1 box Sure-Jell
4 c. sugar

Mix sugar into berries and let stand 10 minutes. Stir to dissolve sugar. Mix 3/4 cup water and Sure-Jello in saucepan. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Add berries, continue stirring 3 minutes. Put into container, and cover with lids. Let set 24 hours at room temperature. Store in freezer.
