NO COOK STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pouch Certo fruit pectin
4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. mashed strawberries

Combine lemon juice and pectin, mix well in small bowl. In large bowl, combine sugar and berries, let set 10 minutes. Add small bowl contents to large bowl and stir for 3 minutes. Fill jars or containers 1/2 inch from top, wipe clean, cover at once with tight lid. Let stand 24 hours at room temperature. Pack in freezer.
