NO - COOK STRAWBERRY JAM | |
2 c. crushed, ripe strawberries 1 box Sure Jell 4 c. sugar 3/4 c. water Mix sugar into fruit, let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine Sure-Jell and water and bring to a boil. Boil one minute, stirring constantly. Then pour into fruit and mix for 3 minutes. Place in freezer container. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours before freezing. Mason, Ohio |
