NO-COOK STRAWBERRY JAM 
5 c. sugar
3 c. crushed strawberries
1 pkg. powdered pectin
1 c. water

Add sugar to crushed fruit. Let stand 20 minutes. Dissolve pectin in cold water. Boil 1 minute. Add to fruit and stir 2 minutes. Reheat so sugar dissolves - don't boil. Let stand until set, about 2 days. Keeps well in freezer.
