NO COOKING JAMS 
3 1/2 c. crushed berries
5 c. sugar
1 box powdered pectin
1 c. water

Measure crushed berries in large bowl. Combine pectin and water in saucepan. Bring to boil, boil 1 minute, stirring always. Add pectin to fruit, then add sugar, stir for 1 minute. Ladle into jars, cover with paraffin and let stand 24 hours then freeze. Yield: 8 medium glasses, 465 calories per glass.
