STRAWBERRY JAM (Without Cooking) 
3 1/2 c. crushed strawberries, fresh or thawed
5 c. sugar
1 box powdered pectin
1 c. water

Measure strawberries into large bowl. Combine pectin and water in pan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Add pectin mixture to fruit then add sugar and stir for 1 minute. Put quickly into jelly glasses or freezer containers. Cover with hot paraffin. Let stand 24 hours. Then store in freezer.
