CORN BREAD DINNER 
1 lb. sausage, fried, drained well
1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried red pepper pieces
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. grated Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. creamed corn
1 egg
3/4 c. buttermilk

Mix together with sausage. Bake about 40 minutes in a 7 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees.
