SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs

In a large bowl combine spinach, cream cheese, water, chestnuts and butter; mix well. Spread evenly in a 12"x8" baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly on top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
