BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
6 slices bread, cubed
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all together in 9x12 pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
