KAREN'S BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
3/4 lb. sausage
Approx. 2-3 c. crumbled cooked cornbread
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4-1 c. milk
Dash Worcestershire
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten

Cook sausage; drain and crumble. Combine all rest of ingredients. Put more shredded cheddar cheese on top and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered approximately 1 hour. Serve with eggs. M-M-M Good!
