CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can French fried onions

Combine all ingredients, except cheese and onions. Add 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 the onions. Pour into casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes longer.
