ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
Seasonings, oregano, salt and pepper
1 sm. onion
1 qt. pasta sauce
5-7 red potatoes
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat with onion and seasonings. Add 1 quart pasta sauce, little water if thick. Grease casserole dish. Layer sauce mixture, sliced red potatoes, and so on. Finish off with the sauce mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Remove foil and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares.
