PINK CHAMPAGNE 
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sliced strawberries, frozen
2 bananas
1 sm. can chunk or crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Red food coloring

Cream cheese and sugar. Stir in the Cool Whip. Gently fold in fruit. Add a few drops of red food coloring to make it pink. Use a 9 x 11 inch pan. Pour into the pan and then freeze. Before serving take out of freezer and let soften for a few minutes.
