CHAMPAGNE JELLY 
2 c. pink champagne
3 c. sugar
1/2 box Certo (1 foil pkg.)

Mix champagne and sugar. Stir over low heat. Do not boil, but continue cooking until mixture becomes clear. Take off burner. Add certo. Stir thoroughly. Pour into clean glasses and cover with melted paraffin. (Makes about 8 baby food jars.)
