DAD'S HASH BROWN QUICHE | |
1 pkg. frozen hash brown patties (Oreida), thawed 1/3 c. melted butter 1 c. Gouda cheese, shredded 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 1 c. diced ham 1/2 c. cream 2 eggs Grease quiche pan. Remove excess water from patties by wrapping them in paper towels and then placing them on a bath towel. Roll the towel up tight (the more water you remove from the patties the crispier they will be). Place hash browns in quiche pan and press them down into pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden. Remove crust (reduce heat to 350 degrees) and sprinkle ham and cheese on top. Beat eggs with cream and pour over top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. |
