REDNECK EGGS BENEDICT WITH
HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
 
5 eggs
1 can refrigerator biscuits (butter tasting)
1 packet hollandaise sauce (McCormick)
10 slices thick sliced bacon

Bake biscuits according to package directions. Cook bacon in skillet until done. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to directions.

Fry eggs and place 2 cooked slices of bacon on 2 split biscuits, one egg, spoon sauce over everything.

Makes 5 servings.
