EASY BLENDER HOLLANDAISE SAUCE | |
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 2 egg yolks 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. lemon juice Put egg yolks, cayenne pepper and lemon juice in blender. Melt butter in microwave until hot. Turn blender to stir and slowly pour in melted butter. Let mix until thickened. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Submitted by: Warren Sweet |
