CHERRY TARTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add egg and mix. Add flour and mix. Form into small balls with hands. Press ball into miniature muffin pans; pressing up the sides to form a tart. Bake at 350 degree oven about 7 minutes. Remove and cool.

FILLING:

1 pkg. Dream Whip (prepared following directions on package)
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar

Combine until smooth. Fill tarts and place one cherry on the top of filling in the center.
