CHERRY TARTS 
1 (16 oz.) can cherry pie filling
2 (9 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 box graham crackers
Butter
Vanilla flavor
Lemon juice
1 box cupcake holders (sm.)

Cream together cream cheese, eggs, and 1/2 cup of sugar, vanilla flavor and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. (Set aside). Take 1/2 to whole box graham crackers and crush very fine, then melt 2 sticks butter and mix butter with crushed graham crackers. Place about one (1) teaspoon of graham cracker mixture in bottom of paper cupcake holders, spoon about 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture over crackers. Place in pre-heated oven 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool, place cherries and a little cherry juice on top.
