MINI CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 box Keebler vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box (2-inch) foil midget cupcake tins

Place 1 cookie in a midget tin. Mix well with mixer the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add this mixture to midget tins and fill 3/4 full. Drop 1 cherry with a dab of juice on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.

A very colorful and tasty treat.
