MINI CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKES 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and egg. Beat well. Stir in package of chocolate chips. Set aside. Stir together flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, and soda. Add water, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Fill miniature muffin cups less than half full with chocolate batter. Top each with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
