CHERRY DESSERT TARTS | |
16 oz. cream cheese (softened) 3/4 c. sugar 1 can pie filling 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 20 vanilla wafers 1 tsp. lemon juice Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Place vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper in a muffin tin. Fill 3/4 full with mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix lemon juice and pie filling. Top each tart and chill. (Makes 20.) |
