MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 lb. macaroni, cook as directed on pkg.
Velveeta cheese
American cheese
Cheddar cheese, mild
1 egg, beaten well
1 1/2 c. milk
Accent
Salt to taste
Pepper (optional)

Drain macaroni, rinse in cold water. On low heat melt cheeses and milk. Add macaroni and other ingredients. Pour into greased baking dish. Place American cheese slices on top. Bake 350 degrees until cheese begins to brown. Remove from oven while milk is still runny. As it sets it will become real creamy.
