BARBECUE PORK 
Pork tenderloin
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. Chinese 5-spice
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. honey

Salt meat well and set aside. Mix soy sauce, sugar, 5-spice and sherry in small bowl. Pour marinade over meat and marinate for at least 2 hours. Mix glaze of catsup and honey. Brush one side of meat with glaze.

In bottom of roasting pan, put 1 inch water and rack that will keep meat above water. In 175 degree oven, roast meat for 25 minutes, then turn meat over and glaze other side. Roast another 35 minutes. Be sure meat doesn't touch water.
