OREO DESSERT 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. or 2 sm. Cool Whip

Crush or blend cookies; save small amount for top. Melt butter and pour over cookie crumbs. Pack down in 9x13 inch glass pan. Freeze 20 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, half of Cool Whip and sugar. Layer. Freeze 20 minutes.

Mix chocolate pudding as on box. Layer. Freeze 20 minutes. Rest of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Refrigerate until serving.
