STEP 1:

Go out and purchase a brand new flower pot.

1 stick marg. or butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. granulated sugar

Mix together.

2 sm. pkg. of vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix step 1 ingredients and step 2 ingredient together. Add 2 (8 oz.) containers of Cool Whip to mixture. Mix well

CREAM MIXTURE:

Crush 1 1/4 pound package of Oreo cookies in a food processor or blender until they look like dirt. In flower pot place a layer of crushed oreo cookies. Then a layer of the cream mixture. Alternate cookies and cream mixture to close to top of flower pot ending with crushed oreo cookies being the top layer. Place a plastic flower or plant in pot. Garnish with candy gummy worms.
